$180.00 for the Initial Assessment
$160.00 for an individual 60 minute therapy session
$180.00 for a couples 75 minute therapy session
$180.00 for a 75 minute individual session

Insurance
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (all plans) as well as Medcost and Aetna. If you have out of network benefits with your insurance plan and require a receipt for direct reimbursement I would be happy to provide you a receipt .
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have outpatient Mental Health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the copay or coinsurance amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician or authorization from my insurance carrier required prior to my first session?
Reduced Fee
A sliding scale fee service is available on a limited basis dependent on individual circumstances.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or have not cancelled your appointment within 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $100.00 for the missed session.
